What we’ve built, and who with.

Client platforms, and an app of our own.

Empowering Writers
Education
United States

They teach K-8 writing to schools and districts across the US, and the curriculum was good long before the software was.

We built the platform their curriculum runs on — the teacher-facing side, the back office their own team uses, and the subscription machinery underneath. One system, and it is theirs.

“Today is the first day of independence and freedom.”

ITCN
Health technology
Italy

The Italian company behind ViTA, a platform speech and language therapists use to treat aphasia — the loss of language that can follow a stroke or a brain injury.

A therapist builds an intervention for each patient, and ViTA runs it as a cycle: take a baseline, run the therapy, test whether it held, and go again if the patient needs it. Patients practise on their own between sessions. We helped design and build the platform.

EstateLogs
Property maintenance
Sweden

A Swedish platform for keeping buildings maintained, growing faster than they could hire.

Our engineers joined theirs — front end, back end, QA and design, working inside their process rather than alongside it.

“We use Harmonic Advance to supplement our development team. Their developers have been competent and have continued to meet expectations — they feel like an extension of our in-house team.”

TippyTalk
Assistive communication
United States

A messaging app for people who are non-verbal or live with conditions such as autism, Down syndrome or aphasia. It works like any messenger, except the messages are built from pictures.

We built it from its first version — the iOS and Android apps and the cloud back end behind them.

“It has been a pleasure working with the Harmonic Advance team – impressive team with diverse skills, very professional, and always in communication about every step of the development process.”

HelpVillage
Community
Sweden

An app for asking your neighbours for small favours — borrowing a drill, lending chairs. The kind of thing that works only if it is genuinely easy.

We built the prototype they raised on, then rebuilt most of it into a version made to scale: location-based requests, a tagging system so a helper finds something they can actually help with, and prompts that surface the parts of the app people never open.

“We are super happy with the result and really feel that we have a great prototype to present to investors and for future beta testers. We really like that you are so easy and nice to work with.”

ProptechOS
Real estate operations
Sweden

A platform for running real-estate portfolios — building data, IoT, digital twins.

We worked inside their engineering team on the platform itself, and built Certify on top of it — an app that automates the certification process for buildings.

Skoog
Children’s learning
United States

A children’s early-learning company, best known for the Skoog, a soft cube that turns touch into music so that any child can play.

We ran the design phase for their next product — scope, user flows, architecture and a clickable prototype — then developed WonderLand, an interactive story app in which the child steers the story.

Solution Xperts
IT consultancy
Sweden

A Swedish consultancy delivering integration and automation work for their own clients. We worked as their subcontractor, and the work reached their customers under their name.

If you are a consultancy that has won work you do not have the capacity to deliver, this is a conversation we are comfortable having.

Our own

Our own product.

iSay

A free app for people who can’t use their voice — people who are non-verbal, people with hearing loss, people recovering from jaw or facial injuries, and soldiers with brain injuries.

You save the phrases you need and play them aloud in the voice you choose. It also turns the other person’s speech into text, so the conversation goes both ways. It is built for speed, because nobody waits long for an answer.

Free on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android. No account needed.

Agentic development

We practise it on our own systems first.

Most of what we know about building software with AI agents, we learned by doing it to ourselves.

The systems we run on

The finance system this business runs on was built this way. So was the CRM the non-profit uses, and so was this website. All three are in daily use, by us, with nobody else carrying the risk if we got it wrong.

What we wrote down

We keep a written playbook: which parts of the work an agent does, which parts a person owns, and the gates in between. It is organised by risk, because an internal tool with a handful of users and a clinical platform used in stroke rehabilitation cannot run on the same process.

That map is the useful part — knowing where this way of working belongs and where it does not.

What we haven’t done yet

No client project of ours has been delivered this way. We would rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise and find the edges on your budget.

What is already in place is the dull part: our contracts set out how AI may be used on a project and who owns what comes out of it. That conversation is easier to have before the work starts than after.

The rest of it

What isn’t here.

Some of the work we’re proudest of is under NDA and won’t ever appear on a website. If you want to know whether we’ve solved something like your problem before, let’s meet and discuss this.
