// Your software development partner
We build like it matters. Because to us, it really does.
We build engineering teams and products for companies that need software they can trust.
Every client we’ve worked with came through a referral.
Not one from cold outreach. It’s the only marketing that has ever worked for us, and it only works if the last project went well.
How we engage
Two ways to work with us. Both long term.
Team augmentation
Engineers who join yours. We hire to your stack, your culture and your working model — and they stay. You get an extension of your team, not a vendor queue.

- 04Same people, long term
Product development
Start with the business problem, not the backlog. A Design Phase first — scope, architecture, team and cost — then build in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of every one. Defined deliverables and a defined timeline, agreed before the build starts.

Selected work
We learn your domain before we write your software.

A K-8 writing curriculum used across US schools runs on the platform we built. We learned how writing is taught before we designed a screen.

A real-estate operating system built on digital twins and open IoT standards. Our engineers worked inside their team on the platform itself.

Swedish property maintenance software. Our engineers joined their team — their sprints, their codebase and their release process, not at arm’s length.

A Swedish IT consultancy. We worked as their subcontractor on integration and automation work, delivered to their clients under their name.
A social network for everyday favours — borrowing a drill, lending chairs, small acts of kindness. We built the prototype they raised on, then rebuilt it into a version made to scale.

The Italian company behind ViTA, a platform speech and language therapists use to treat aphasia. We helped design and build it.
Our own product
We’re our own hardest client.
The clearest proof of how we build isn’t a client project. It’s our own product.
iSay
iSay is our app, built and run by us. It gives a voice to people who can’t use their own: they save the phrases they need and play them aloud, and what the other person says comes back as text.
The people who use it are non-verbal, have hearing loss, are recovering from facial injuries, or are soldiers with brain injuries. If it fails, they can’t ask for something. It’s free, with no account needed.
iSay on the App StoreWe also founded NGO Talk!, a separate non-profit for people who need this kind of software and can’t pay for it, and act as its technology partner. It has its own team, its own funding and its own site.
talk.org.uaHow we build
We tried agentic development on our own company first.
Agentic development means AI agents write and test code while an engineer directs the work, reviews every change and owns the result. The systems that run this business and NGO Talk! were built this way, and we use them every day.
The tools will keep changing. Knowing where to apply them is the part that lasts.
Written down
Our playbook says which work an agent may do, which work a person owns, and the checks in between.
You’ll know where it’s used
We’ll tell you exactly where AI is used in your project and exactly where it isn’t. IP protection is written into the statement of work.
Accountability doesn’t move
Senior engineers, on the hook for the result. Faster tooling doesn’t change who’s responsible when it ships.
In their words
The people who send the referrals.
“We use Harmonic Advance to supplement our development team. Their developers have been competent and have continued to meet expectations — they feel like an extension of our in-house team.”
“Today is the first day of independence and freedom.”
“We are super happy with the result and really feel that we have a great prototype to present to investors and for future beta testers. We really like that you are so easy and nice to work with.”
Someone probably sent you here.
If they did, they’ve already told you the useful part. Tell us what you’re building and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right team for it.
